From humble beginnings in the murky depths of Dunedin in the South Island K&J Growth has emerged as one of Aotearoa’s leading digital marketing agencies working with the likes of TikTok to assist in rapidly acquiring users during their early days, and MBIE on the Digital Boost roll out in securing over 44k SMB registrations in the platfom’s first 12months.

Since then K&J has helped a range of businesses from Start-Ups to more established institutions to develop and execute digital marketing strategies designed to facilitate sustainable and scalable growth with our data-driven campaigns and insights.

How long will it take to get my campaign up and running?

Our promise to you is that we will always aspire to get your campaign launched in record time however, there are a range of factors that can impact the time it takes to get campaigns live such as Meta verification, tracking set up, the time it takes to get approvals and dev time. Rest assured we’ll be pushing hard to get campaigns live because we know that when it comes to marketing time is money!

When it comes to campaign performance factors like ad-creative, messaging, value proposition and product market fit all have a huge impact on results.  We strive to give campaigns the best chance of success using our proprietary in-house test and learn process to give campaigns the best possible chance of success. When it comes to digital marketing campaigns results are never guaranteed and we believe that anyone that promises that is pulling the wool over your eyes but what we can promise is that we will do everything in our power to help your campaign succeed.

Typically we like to catch up in person with our clients weekly so that we can touch base but we’re also happy to fit into your schedule if that’s bi-weekly. We tend to use Slack for instant weekday comms as and when required.

Not all campaigns perform as we’d like them to. Our approach in this situation is to conduct a collaborative deep dive and review of campaigns before discussing options with our client. We then make a series of strategic tweaks, changes and optimisations to landing pages, ad-creative and/or messaging to test our new hypothesis in an attempt to get the campaign back on track.

We work with a huge range of clients across a range of industries in both the B2C and B2B realms. If we don’t think that you’re quite ready then we’ll say so but generally we’re pretty open to a conversation to discuss how we can work together.
